Tarrif Change after 1 year

Hello,

I got a Vodafone Red Internet and Phone 1000 via Cable on 12.09.19 on promotion.

I was told that I can change the Tariff after one year. Therefore I want to downgrade it to Red Internet and Phone 16.

I tried to do it but on the online portal at My Vodafone, it is only giving options to upgrade and not downgrade.

Who should I contact to downgrade? Please help..

Sorry, but you cannot change from Cable to DSL; it is only possible to switch down to another cable contract.

As far as I know, the lowest possible contract that you might switch down to would be the "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable". And you have to call the hotline in order to get this downgrade - there is no possibility in the self-service customer portal to do this online.

Is there a way I can do this via some online route? Writing an email or other contact?

My German is not to the point for a smooth conversation yet. Therefore it will be great if I can do this online.

thanks for the pm.

As reneromann already mentioned is 50 MBit/s (29,99 Euro per month) the lowest tariff. If that is enough for you, please let me know. Other options are:

- 500 MBit/s for 49,99 Euro per month

- 400 MBit/s for 44,99 Euro per month

- 200 MBit/s for 39,99 Euro per month

- 100 MBit/s for 34,99 Euro per month

So which tariff should it be?

so we'll switch to 100 Mbps, all right. The change will take effect on 16 September when the first contract year is over.

Shortly before this date you will receive another confirmation.

I have dsl internet 1000mb&sec.It was 19 euro cost.After 1 year I am paying 75 euros,and its too much.I whannt to change or terminate contract.
